SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Raleigh Calligraphy & Design currently ships all orders using either FedEx or USPS, Monday thru Friday from 9AM–4PM EST. Standard orders (non-personalized) items are typically processed between 1–3 business days and then shipped the method of your choice. Custom Orders typically process between 1-4 weeks. Ground shipments are sent using either FedEx or USPS based on order type and our discretion.

The Helm Planner is sold on and fulfilled by Amazon. This allows our planners to get to you much faster than we can ship them in-house.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of North Carolina.

RETURN POLICY

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for understanding!

DAMAGES

If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, we will resend a replacement product once the damaged item has been returned. We cannot refund shipping costs. Please contact us via the contact form within 10 days of receipt of items to undertake any returns due to mail carrier mishap.

ARE ORDERS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

All sales are final. Our items (including personalized or wedding items, digital products, wholesale orders, sale items and regular items) cannot be exchanged or returned, but if there’s a problem with your order please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
